What's So Amazing About Marlon Sanders' Formula? Watch Me As I Put It To A Million-Dollar Challenge!

Perhaps the most exhausting aspect of internet marketing lies in finding out which "guru" to follow. A newbie or intermediate user wanting to increase their online presence and sales can easily spend hundreds or thousands of dollars in their quest to achieve financial independence.

Of course, weeding out the ones who possess actual, practical knowledge from the ones who only sell "how to make money on the internet" products, but never made a substantial income, can become a daunting task. This describes the predicament I found myself in a couple of months ago.

After coming to grips with the fact that I didn't know "jack" about internet marketing, although I considered myself a student of the medium and dabbled in it for a couple of years, I began to seek out a program that would systematically allow me to build a solid business. I didn't want to just sell pre-packaged products; I wanted a program whereby I could launch a business model I developed for the self-publishing industry.

The name Marlon Sanders kept popping up again and again in my research. Being somewhat familiar with the name, (having first heard it in a telephone conversation with David Frey, president of Marketing Best Practices Inc., who actually suggested I get in touch with Sanders two years ago) I knew a little about his work.

After all, I subscribed to his mailing list and was bombarded weekly with a message or two with something or another he was selling. Now, before I go any further, I have a confession to make.

For some reason, Sanders initially turned me off, but apparently not enough to unsubscribe. Maybe because his demeanor reminded me so much of "Mattress Mac," a Houston area furniture dealer whose screaming commercials (which everyone claims to hate) have made him millions of dollars and endeared him to U.S. presidents, professional basketball players, tennis pros and horse-racing aficionados across the nation. What was I thinking?

Anyway I took another look at the description for Sanders' "Amazing Formula That Sells Products Like Crazy" http://www.amazingformulacd.com and saw that it claimed to fill a tall order:

  • The foundation of all Internet wealth and riches
  • How to get exposure for your web site: what really works!
  • How to use free reports to generate traffic
  • The real secrets of "opt-in" marketing – revealed!
  • How to collect a predictable Internet paycheck every month
  • The single most profitable advertising on the Net dollar for dollar
  • How to come up with hot new products to sell each month
  • How to rack up the profits by rolling out your monthly products
  • How and why this also works for high-dollar products.

Not bad, if it can live up to its hype. Listening in on a conference call celebrating the 7th anniversary of "The Amazing Formula That Sells Products Like Crazy," sold me on modeling my efforts after the techniques and tactics explained in the product.

The call featured other leaders in the internet marketing industry, including: Terry Dean, Stephen Pierce, Jeff Walker, Kirt Christensen, Jim Edwards , Simon Grabowski, Perry Marshall, Yanik Silver, Bart Baggett, Rick Beneteau, Frank Garon, Paul Myers, Brian Rodgers and more. They each run multi-million dollar businesses.

All of them credit Sanders and "The Amazing Formula That Sells Products Like Crazy," for their success. Hmmm.

So I decided to put the formula to the test for myself. I'm not looking for overnight riches, but I am expecting fantastic results at the end of my first year.

In fact, my goal for the year, ending June 1, 2007 is exactly $1,000,000.00. You can read my results here each week as I put "The Amazing Formula That Sells Products Like Crazy" and other products to the test.

In other words, I'll tell you my successes and share with you my failures as I follow the program step-by-step. It'll be kind of like an internet marketing online reality blog –- but not from a guru or consultant standpoint, but from an ordinary fellow trying to pull himself up by his bootstraps.

On the way, I hope to make many new friends around the world as I grow my company and share with them the things I learn –- what works for me and what doesn't work for me, so that they can make intelligent decisions about the money they spend. I think the right road is before me – we will know for sure a year from now.
